About CGG
I spent a career learning what your goalie needs to know now.
I've played this position at every level — youth, junior, college, and pro. After winning a national championship in 2022, I signed my first professional contract with the Fort Wayne Komets, went on to play two full seasons with the Indy Fuel, and earned an American Hockey League tryout with the Rockford IceHogs.
Stepping away wasn't sudden — it was the slow accumulation of head injuries that followed me from college through my pro career. After the last one, and honest conversations with medical staff and my family, I made the hardest decision of my playing career: to protect my health, start my family, and put my energy into an impact that would outlast my own time in the net.
A series of circumstances pulled me back into the net for a handful of games in the middle of the 2024–25 season, re-igniting my love for playing the game. But coaching is where I've found the work that matters most — and where I can make the greatest impact. I spent two seasons as the goaltending coach for the Indy Fuel at the professional level, and I'm now in my second as the goaltending coach for the Chicago Steel of the USHL.
The work I care about most is this: developing young, impressionable goaltenders — giving them the tools and the support to become the best version of themselves. The goalies who make it aren't always the most talented; they're the ones who understand their game and trust the process. That's what CGG™ builds.

Most goalies work hard. The problem isn't effort — it's that they're collecting reps without building real understanding. CGG is built on three beliefs that change that.
We don't just shoot on your goalie. We develop all five pillars — mindset, visual-cognitive, technique, conditioning, and preparation — as one connected system. Every piece connected.
We don't just tell goalies what to do. We teach them why it works, when to use it, and how to recognize when it breaks down. That ability to self-correct is what separates goalies who keep developing from the ones who plateau.
Development is cumulative. Summer prepares. In-season sharpens. Every CGG program connects to the next — so your goalie is always building forward, never starting over.
