CG Goaltending is the year-round development system that gets them there — mentorship programs and camps, with vision training layered on top. Beginners to pros, remote or in person, guided by a coach who's walked the path.
Developed by Cam Gray — NCAA & Professional Goaltender | USHL & ECHL Goalie Coach
Goaltending demands more than most people realize — split-second reads, precise technique, physical endurance, and the mental resilience to perform under constant pressure. Your goaltender needs a guide who understands all of it, and a system built to develop every part of it. Not scattered lessons. Not a quick fix. A real development pathway.
One complete development system. Flip any card to go deeper.

Programs are the core — season-long mentorship in-season, the 12-week build in the off-season. Camps concentrate the system at the season's turning points — extra training for program goalies, and the way in from out of town. Start where your goaltender is.
Five levels — Foundation through Mastery 1:1 — matched to your goaltender's commitment and readiness, not their age. We'll help you find the right fit.
Enter the system and start building. On-ice technique, off-ice conditioning, and mental performance — all connected, all guided by a coaching team that knows your goaltender's game and is invested in where they're headed.
Programs are the core. Camps are a potent dose of the same training, timed to the season's turning points. One standard either way.
Season-long development, year-round.
The core of CGG. In-season (Sep–Mar) keeps your goalie sharp while they compete; off-season (Jun–Aug) is the 12-week summer build. On-ice technique, off-ice conditioning, and mindset — connected across the whole year.
In-Season from $59/mo · Off-Season from $1,200 · Foundation → Mastery 1:1
More than reps and drills.
Small-group ice at a 2:1 goalie-to-coach ratio, Pilates with Elemental, sports vision with Ares Elite Sports Vision, and classroom seminars — the full system, concentrated, taught so it keeps working after camp ends. For program goalies who want more at the season's turning points, and for out-of-town goaltenders, the way in.

Yes. In-season, the Foundation and Development levels are fully remote — the same system anywhere in North America: daily guidance on the platform, group calls, and film review. On-ice training is in the Indianapolis area, both for in-season Performance levels and the off-season summer program. Same system, same standard — the ice is what’s local. And camps — Pre-Season, Christmas, Spring Break — put out-of-town goaltenders on the ice inside the standard, in person.
In-season runs month to month, from $59/mo, scaling with the level of support you choose. Spots are limited and filled by selection. We admit through a waitlist. Join it, and we’ll reach out as spots open. Off-season is a 12-week summer program, from $1,200. Full pricing is on each program’s page.
Most camps drill skills in isolation with large groups, then send your goalie home with nothing to build on. CGG camps are built to do the opposite — small groups, on-ice, off-ice, and classroom work, teaching the process of development so your goalie leaves with training they can keep running. For program goalies, extra training at the season's turning points; for out-of-town goaltenders, it's the way in.
On-ice sessions are semi-private and built around what your goalie needs, not a one-size-fits-all drill rotation. In-season, they’re part of the higher levels — Performance and up train twice a month — while Foundation and Development stay remote, with video review and guidance to get more out of the practices and games your goalie is already in. Off-season, on-ice is included at every level and scales up as you climb — summer is when the building happens.
Off-season programs include in-person, goalie-specific conditioning — explosive movement, flexibility, and strength built for the position, not generic gym work. In-season, the off-ice work — mobility, preparation, recovery, and mindset — is delivered through the platform, so your goalie can build it into their routine around their team schedule.
It’s your goalie’s home base for the program — training guidance, routines and preparation, a growing video and resource library, and progress tracking, all in one place. We’re always building on it, with one goal: giving your goalie what they need to develop and perform. Platform access comes with every program and stays active for as long as your goalie is enrolled.
In-season, capacity is tight and rescheduling is limited — so we set a schedule together up front and count on your goalie keeping it. If something comes up, an unused session rolls over once; but the program is built on consistent work through the season, not banked makeups. If two sessions a month won’t be realistic on a regular basis, tell us early and we’ll steer you toward a better-fit option.
Beyond your program, a few optional add-ons go deeper where it counts. Vision training with Ares Elite Sports Vision sharpens the visual-cognitive read every save begins with. A Functional Range Assessment maps your goalie’s mobility to target their conditioning and guard against injury. And extra on-ice sessions can be added as availability permits. You’ll find the details on each program’s page.
Team coaches manage a full roster. CGG is goalie-specific — technique, conditioning, and mindset built around your goalie’s individual development — and it’s the connective tissue between their sessions, turning isolated coaching into one connected process. We work with their team coach, not against them.
