Two seasons. Four tiers. On-ice, off-ice, and mental performance — all connected, all guided. Find the right fit for where your goaltender is right now.
Most training covers technique. Some adds conditioning. But the mental game, the preparation habits, the year-round mentorship that ties it all together — that's where the gap is. And that's why hard-working goaltenders plateau. More reps without a complete system and a trusted guide doesn't close it.
Most programs develop one piece. A goalie built on one piece plateaus — or breaks down when pressure arrives. CGG trains all three simultaneously: on-ice, off-ice, and the mental game.
Your positioning, your mechanics, your reads. Built around what happens in the crease — so practice translates to performance.
On-ice execution is where all the other work shows up — or doesn't. Without technical skill built on real game demands, conditioning and mindset have no foundation to build on.
Goalie-specific athleticism built around the demands of your position. Not generic fitness. Built for what you do in net.
A technically skilled goalie without a conditioning base hits a ceiling — and that ceiling appears in the third period, in overtime, in the hardest moments of the season. Without it, nothing else holds.
The mental frameworks and daily habits that separate good goalies from great ones. How you process mistakes, prepare for games, and stay locked in through the hardest stretches of the season.
Skills built in practice fall apart under pressure without a trained mind. Mindset determines whether your game shows up on the biggest stage — or disappears. It's the piece most programs ignore, and the one that makes the other two permanent.
The three pillars are designed to reinforce each other — week after week, season after season. That’s the system. And there’s a coach invested in your progress through all of it.
