FAQ
No. CGG doesn't replace your goalie's coaches — it's the system around them. Between sessions, we carry the daily work: film, mindset, mobility, and season planning that keep every lesson pulling in the same direction. One coach can't be everywhere. The system can.
Yes. The remote levels — Foundation and Development — deliver the same system anywhere in North America: the platform's daily blueprint, group calls, and film review. The on-ice levels (Performance and up) are in the Indianapolis area. Same coach, same system, same daily blueprint — the ice is what's local.
Live Goalie Lab calls and Mobility sessions are recorded and posted to the platform within 24 hours. On-ice sessions follow the cohort schedule — if your goalie misses one, we honor unused sessions per CGG's “honor anything paid for” policy. Extra ice is available at $100 / session (up to 2 goalies) if you want to top up.

The CGG In-Season Program is a monthly training subscription. Upon purchase, your goalie's spot is secured for the start in September. If the Program is already underway, payment begins enrollment immediately. The card on file will be charged on the last Friday of the month for access to the following month, with the first renewal on Sep. 25, 2026. In-season Programs run September through March. Cancel anytime.
Access to the CGG Training Platform is granted upon payment. Goalie Lab and Mobility sessions are delivered through Google Meet. A link will be provided in the session's registration details.
Yes. While you're enrolled in an in-season program, your goalie gets 15% off every CGG camp — a standing perk for as long as you're in the program.
