Camps
Camp Policies
These apply to every CG Goaltending camp, alongside the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and, for goalies under 13, the COPPA Parental Consent Notice.
1. Refunds
Every camp has a full-refund date, and registration closes a few days after it. Cancel by the full-refund date and you get everything back. Cancel between that date and the close of registration and you get 50% back. After registration closes there is no refund. If a camp does not reach its minimum number of goalies, it does not run and everyone is refunded in full.
- Christmas Camp 2026 — full refund through December 1, 50% December 2–7, none after December 7. Minimum 6 goalies to run.
- Spring Break Camp 2027 — full refund through March 17, 50% March 18–23, none after March 23. Minimum 6 goalies to run.
To cancel, email [email protected] with the goalie’s name and the camp. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
2. Deposits and balances
A camp can be paid in full at registration or held with a deposit. When you choose a deposit, you authorize us to charge the remaining balance to the same card on the balance date. Deposits are offered until a few days before that date; after that, registration is pay-in-full only. Refunds follow the schedule above whichever way you paid.
- Christmas Camp 2026 — $375 in full, or $150 deposit with $225 charged on December 7, 2026.
- Spring Break Camp 2027 — $499 in full, or $200 deposit with $299 charged on March 23, 2027.
3. Groups and schedule
Goalies are grouped by age after registration closes, and each family gets their goalie’s schedule by email before camp. Published schedules are subject to change; any change is emailed to every registered family.
4. Medical and safety
Tell us at registration about medical conditions, allergies, medications and any significant injury or concussion. A goalie with an injury in the last three months needs a physician’s clearance for full-contact hockey before skating. A goalie who is ill on the day, or who shows signs of a concussion during camp, does not go back on the ice. Full goalie equipment is required on the ice; athletic clothes and clean shoes off it.
5. Photos and video
We photograph and film camps for coaching and for CG Goaltending’s own channels. Consent is given at registration and can be withdrawn at any time by email; a goalie who is opted out is not featured or tagged.
