WHY THIS MATTERS
They quit because no one made it make sense early enough. The first coach, the first session, the first time the gear comes on — that's where the position gets won or lost. Get it wrong, and you've got a kid who walked away from something they could have loved. Get it right, and the rest of the career has a foundation.

FOR THESE GOALIES
Position chosen, but the basics need real reps with a coach who teaches them right.
Time off the ice. Ready to find the rhythm again without losing what's already there.
Not peers blasting pucks. A proper session, proper drills, no commitment past tonight's ice.
MEET YOUR COACH
Evan was your goalie. Born and raised in Indianapolis, he came up through the IYHA program — from house league to AAA — before two seasons of junior hockey in Detroit.
This fall, Evan attends Michigan State to study sports medicine, but between seasons, he's home — coaching the grassroots Indianapolis goalie community, because that's where the future of Indiana goaltending begins.
With Evan, new goalies leave the ice with the position feeling like theirs, from a coach who's still in the crease himself.

THE PROCESS
Tell him your goalie's age, level, and what you're looking for in their training.
Most new goalies start with semi-private sessions and a partner — Evan can pair you up if you don't have one. Or if you'd rather train one-on-one, private works too.
You'll get a registration link, book your first session, and the work begins.
WHAT CHANGES
When a kid's first coach makes the position feel like theirs — when the drills make sense, when the work feels exciting — they don't walk away. They start to love it. That's the foundation Pipeline is built to give, and Evan knows how to deliver it.
QUESTIONS
Pipeline is built for exactly that. Sessions are by-the-session, not by-the-program — no contracts, no monthly fees, no commitment past tonight's ice. Most kids decide quickly whether they're in or out. Evan won't push you to commit beyond what fits.
Programs (Foundation, Development, Performance, Mastery) are 8-week structured commitments at higher tiers. Pipeline is the entry path — single sessions, no commitment, focused on the first reps. Once your goalie is ready and the family wants more, programs are the natural next step.
Pipeline is Indianapolis-based — that's where Evan coaches. If you're national, the CGG App and Program (remote, year-round) are the right path. CGG's Academy serves Indianapolis goalies once they're ready for a tiered program.
