Partners
We're building one of the most complete year-round goaltending systems in the country. We can't do it alone, and we don't want to. The right partners make it real for the goalies who deserve it.
Every CGG partner exists for the same reason: give the goalie what they need to find out how good they can be.
We don't bolt on logos. We choose partners whose work compounds the goalie's edge — families backing the mission, businesses that make the system possible, specialists whose methodology lives inside how we coach.
More goalies deserve this than CGG alone can reach. That's why we ask.
Each partner plays a specific role in the system. Click through to see what each one brings to a CGG goalie.
We're not asking for handouts. We're looking for people who care about goalie development as much as we do — and showing exactly what each kind of partnership changes for the goalie.
Strategic Partner
A specialist whose work changes how goalies develop — vision, mental performance, biomechanics, recovery, nutrition science. We invite the people who lead their field to embed inside how we coach.
Program Partner
A business that shows up with capital, product, or service that powers a real CGG program — a camp, a cohort, a season — and gets to see exactly how it lands on the goalies it reaches.
Community Backer
Families, parents, alums, and local supporters who already know what this work means — and want to make sure another goalie gets to find out.
Every dollar lands in the program — no overhead, no middle layer. Here's exactly what a partnership puts in front of a goalie. Real numbers. Real needs. Real kids.
The mobility kit. The bands. The training journal. The tools that turn a weekly session into a daily habit at home. Your dollars are the difference between a goalie who trains when someone's watching and a goalie who trains when no one is.
outfits one goalie with the full off-ice kit for a year.
Pucks fly differently when a paid shooter is on the other end. Real velocity, real release, real reads. You're funding the closest thing to a game a goalie can train against without leaving the rink — for a full week.
covers a paid shooter for a full week of summer camp.
Every rebound. Every read. On tape. The coach reviews it. The goalie sees themselves. The fix lands the next session — not the next season. You're funding the feedback loop that makes a goalie's growth visible to them.
outfits one CGG coach with a full video capture rig — used at every session.
Branded jerseys for every goalie in the cohort. Same gear, same standard. The kind of detail an 11-year-old remembers ten years later. (Your logo on the chest of every photo, video, and social post is the by-product, not the point.)
outfits an entire camp cohort with co-branded gear.
A full Academy scholarship. One year. One goalie. One family who couldn't afford the door — until you opened it. The kind of contribution that pays itself back every time you see them on the ice.
covers a full-season Academy scholarship.
Another coach on the bench. Smaller ratios. Questions answered before the drill ends, not after the season does. You're not funding a salary line — you're funding the moment a goalie's specific gap gets specific attention.
brings one additional CGG coach onto the roster for a full season.
Six examples. The work compounds further — and we'd rather show you than spec it out.
Thinking bigger? Multi-year scholarships that follow a goalie from youth to college. Named camp sponsorships. Capital toward rink access for families who'd never be able to afford it. Tell us what you want to underwrite — we'll build the partnership around the goalies it reaches.
Every capability we add to CGG — another coach, another camp, another door open for a family who couldn't say yes — comes from people who chose to back the mission with us.
We're building the best goalies in Indy and beyond. That doesn't happen alone. We're looking for the people who want to be part of how it does.
Cam Gray, Founder
Categories where a great partner would meaningfully improve a CGG goalie's training. If your work fits one of these, we want to talk.
Pads, gloves, sticks, helmets. A drop program puts pro-grade gear under a goalie whose family couldn't price it. A repair credit keeps a beat-up set in service one more camp. The goalie shows up with what they need.
What every goalie wears before, between, and after the session. Warm-up tops, training shorts, recovery wear. Branded cohort gear that turns a roster of strangers into a team — and a camp into something they remember a decade later.
Hour four of camp. Hour six of an Academy day. The goalie who hasn't eaten right since breakfast. Snacks, approved protein, water, sports drinks — the difference between a goalie who lasts the block and one who fades.
Every save, every rebound, every read on tape. Tripods, action cams, iPads, software credits. The infrastructure that makes a goalie's growth visible to them — coach review the next morning, not the next month.
The part you can't out-train. Wearables, percussion devices, mental-performance apps, mindset content. The edge that decides Game 7 — and the edge that keeps a 12-year-old goalie loving the position five years from now.
The goalie who tweaks a hip flexor at camp gets seen tomorrow, not next week. Local sports PT, chiropractic, vision-adjacent practices that can extend care to CGG families. Care that keeps goalies in the program.
No. Most of our backers are families, parents, and people already close to the program — and most show up at the Community Backer tier. The work matters either way.
Tuition is enrollment, not partnership. If you've already invested in your goalie's development, you owe us nothing more. Many parents back the program on top — that's where most of our $250–$1,000 backings come from. No expectation either way.
Yes. A scholarship contribution covers a goalie's enrollment for the season. We'll talk through fit on a call, and (with the family's permission) share how the year went.
Easy. Recognition on the Backers wall is opt-in. Many of our backers stay anonymous. The contribution still lands; the credit is your call.
Every Strategic and Program Partner gets an annual report — what was delivered, who it reached, what the goalies got from it. Backers get a personal note from Cam tied to a real outcome. Nothing disappears into overhead — there isn't any.
Yes. In-kind is core to how we operate — apparel, video gear, nutrition, services, equipment. We value goods at fair market and combine cash + in-kind however fits your business.
Depends on tier. Backers under $1,000 — a check, Venmo, or a payment link we send after a short call. Program Partners — invoice plus a simple agreement. In-kind — a one-page gift letter at fair market value. Whatever fits your CFO.
Two weeks from a yes for Program Partners — agreement, kickoff call, first co-branded touchpoint live. Backers move faster: typically same week. Strategic Partners run on a longer cadence because the integration is deeper; figure 6–8 weeks from yes to first joint touchpoint.
Yes — that's where the best partnerships live. Joint social posts, guest segments in coaching content, on-site activations at camps, co-branded drills, partner-hosted Q&As with families. We bring it up on the kickoff call and build it into the year-one plan.
Strategic Partners are multi-year by default — three years is standard, with an annual review. Program Partners run a single season with a renewal option. Backers can be one-time or annual. No auto-renewals — partnerships continue because both sides want them to.
