WHAT THE ACADEMY IS
CGG Academy is a year-round developmental relationship — Foundation through Mastery — with the same coach, the same system, and the same standard from week to week. Your goalie shows up Tuesday, again Thursday, again next month, again next season. Cam writes the work. The Academy delivers it. The relationship sustains it. That's how technique gets repeatable, mindset gets durable, and a goalie's curve actually bends.
THE YEAR-ROUND CALENDAR
Year-round mentorship means the work adapts to where the goalie is in the season — not the other way around.
JUN – JUL
Eight focused weeks. Skill jumps, conditioning, mindset reset. The biggest curve of the year.
AUGUST
Lab and Mobility activate. Planning calls. App-led off-ice as school starts. Get the body and the calendar ready.
SEP – NOV
Full weekly rhythm. Game-week film review. Monthly check-ins per tier. Cam in the loop.
DECEMBER
Cam-led review per tier. What's working, what to adjust. Reset the second half before it slips.
JAN – MAR
Game-by-game review. Mental prep for the games that matter. Peak performance work.
MAR – APR
Tryout-specific technique. Real-time support during tryouts. Debrief and recovery after.
MAY
Pre-summer testing, AESV evaluations (Performance+), summer goal-setting. Aim the next eight weeks.

Ages 8–11. Learn the skills and habits that show up in games — and build a love for the position that sustains a career.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Sessions are in-person in the Indianapolis area, year-round, on a cohort schedule built around school and travel-team cadence.

Same coach, same standard from week to week. The work doesn't pause when school starts.

Mornings and evenings throughout the week. Cam builds the schedule around the season — game weeks, recovery, tryouts.

Exact session times and the rink address are shared with each family after enrollment is confirmed. Keeps the space focused on enrolled goalies.
Outside Indy? CGG Program (remote) delivers the same system, App-led, anywhere in North America.
